Frequently Asked Questions

FAQ

Questions buyers ask before ordering

What is the minimum order?
Minimum order is just 12 pieces — the same across color-matched tassels, year-charm tassels, honor cords and minis. Order a dozen for a small program or sample run and scale from there.
How fast can I get my tassels?
Free custom mockups come back within 24 hours. Once you approve, standard production is 2 weeks (faster turnaround available with express shipping).
Do you charge for design work?
No. Color matching, charm design and mockups are all free, with unlimited revisions until you approve. If all you have is a photo of your banner, our designers work from that.
Can I see the tassels before I pay?
Yes. Nothing goes into production until you approve a free mockup showing your exact colorway and charm. Physical strand sample cards are available when you want to check the color in hand.
Do you ship nationwide, and can you rush an order?
We ship across the United States, and shipping is quoted per order by quantity and destination. If you have a ceremony date, tell us up front and we will confirm what express production can hit.
What if the order arrives wrong?
If your tassels arrive defective or do not match the mockup you approved, we remake or replace the affected pieces at no cost. Revisions during design are always unlimited and free.
What file formats do you need for a custom charm or logo?
Vector is best — AI, EPS, PDF or SVG. A high-resolution PNG works too, and if all you have is a sketch or a photo of your seal, our designers rebuild it clean at charm scale for free.
How do you match our school colors exactly?
Send a Pantone reference, mail us a gown swatch or an existing tassel, or share a clear photo of your banner. We dye to it, show you the mockup, and hold the dye lot on file so every future class matches.
